1.The unit plan has been made more efficient, workable, open, extra lighted and cross ventilated architecturally and more stable structurally

2.The plan has been made more simplistic by removing long dark internal areas / gully spaces in between rooms that have been merged with living area to carve out a more realistic efficient dining space.The living dining is now proper L-shaped space that is the envy of any typical well designed apartment.

4. Loft areas: Practically it is impossible to provide loft due to structural limitations and limited floor to floor height.

5. The area outside the flat i.e. lift lobby and associated circulation area has been made more compact and squarish to make it more stable during earthquakes.

6. The redesigned lift lobby has added privacy to the apartment which are not visible any more from common areas. The small insignificant foyer has thereby done away with.

7. The redesign of lift lobby and circulation area has made it more neat, efficient and ventilated. This could take care of efficient smoke egress in case of fire eventuality.

8. Due to compactness and efficient layout redesign, the landscape on ground has been improved manifold with more open areas resulting in added social amenities of lavish size.

9. The compactness has resulted in more distance between surrounding buildings resulting in more sunlight and fire safety for the endusers.

10. Previous balconies is small now the balconies are now neat five ft. wide all throughout and each apartment is totally independent from adjoining one.
